Bookings & Availability
How do I book — You can book through our website, Facebook page, or by contacting us directly on 07444510063. Once we confirm availability, your date is secured and you will receive a confirmation email.
How far in advance should I book — Summer weekends and school holidays fill quickly. Booking 4–6 weeks ahead is recommended.
Do you require a deposit — No a deposit is not required the balance is due on the day of hire.
Bouncy Castle set up and Safety
Do you provide safety equipment — All inflatable castles include safety mats and are anchored using industry‑standard stakes on grass or heavy‑duty water ballast on concrete or Tarmac or Artificial grass.
Do you have Public liability insurance — We hold full public liability insurance and follow strict safety procedures.
How much space is needed for the castles — Each inflatable requires a clear, flat area with extra space around the edges. We reccommend a minimum of 1 metre clearance around each side of the castle. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page.
Can you set up a castle on Tarmac and concrete — Yes. we use specialist water‑weight anchoring ballast systems which comply with regulations.
Can you set up a castle on artificial grass — Yes. we use specialist water‑weight anchoring systems to protect your surface.
Can you set up a castle indoors- Yes we use specialist equipment to set up in doors. This is particuallry popular in the winter and Autum months and for parties and venues.
On the Day
How long is the hire period for Bouncy castles — Standard hire is for the full day. Collection times vary depending on season and daylight and your requirments.
Do I need to supervise — A responsible adult must supervise children at all times.
Do you clean the equipment — All inflatables are fully cleaned and sanitised before each hire.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept — We accept bank transfer, and cash on delivery.
Are there any extra costs — No hidden fees. Optional add‑ons are clearly listed.
Spa safety and Set up
SPAs
Do you cover my area — We deliver across Castleford, Pontefract, Normanton, Knottingley, Fetherstone, Wakefield, Leeds, Barnsley, Doncaster, Wetherby, Harrogate and Sheffield.
How long is the hire period for the spas- The hire period for all of our spas is 4 day hire. This allows an extra day for deliverys, set up and warming up the Spa.
How long does it take to warm up the spa- The warm up time varies dependent on the size of the Spa you have hired. On average the warm up time is 2 degrees per hour. You can be confident that the Spa will warm up over night to 40 degrees.
Do all your Spas come with mats- Yes all our Spas come with mats and a ground sheet.
Do I need an outdoor tap- It is preferable if you have an outdoor tap and a hose pipe. Please let us know at the time of booking if these facilities are not available.
Can I hire multiple items — Yes. Many customers combine a castle with a spa, or Spa party.
Do you explain to the customer the safety precautions and how to use the spa- Yes the installation team ensure customers have the full instructions which are left on site and the installation team run through all saftey rpocedures and controls before leaving the site.

What is included in a Childrens spa party — Packages include 8 seater spa, mats, Gazebo with lights. Mocktail package drinks (choice of flavours) with a slushi ice machine. Drinks holders, head rests, inlfatables.
How many children can attend — Most packages cater for 6–8 children, with larger groups available on request.
